Tom’s holistic and collaborative approach recognises that well-being extends beyond exercise. He believes that everyone, regardless of their history or ability, can benefit from movement and training. In recent years, he has focused on supporting individuals who may have been previously excluded from fitness due to poor health or chronic illness, helping them make sustainable lifestyle changes.
 
Tom works with athletes, corporate teams, and individuals to improve strength, endurance, and overall well-being, creating tailored fitness programmes that promote both physical and mental resilience.
 
Away from work, Tom enjoys life in York with his wife, two children, and dog.
