Sandra is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in health and social care, specialising in eldercare safeguarding. She holds an MBA in healthcare management and has served in senior roles, including Managing Director of Retirement Living, Director of Nursing, and Director of Clinical Governance for major organisations such as Bupa and Avery Healthcare.
Sandra has led award-winning staff teams and has provided clinical risk management consultancy to GP practices and care homes. She has also contributed to national policy committees and clinical guideline development, ensuring high standards in eldercare safeguarding.
Currently, Sandra is the Founder and Managing Director of Ardoch Group, a consultancy supporting health and social care organisations in quality improvement, business performance, and staff wellbeing. She is also the Chair of Playlist for Life, a charity dedicated to using personally meaningful music to support people with dementia.
Sandra’s extensive expertise makes her a leading voice in eldercare safeguarding, ensuring vulnerable individuals receive the highest standard of care and protection.
