Research & Development Consultant
Jenny is a conscientious psychological researcher with a decade of experience designing, managing, and delivering collaborative research projects. As Research & Development Consultant at Petros, she applies her expertise in quantitative methods, statistical analysis (R), and applied psychometrics to develop a workplace resilience measurement tool.
Her work has been recognised with multiple awards for research rigour, impact, teamwork, inclusivity, and mentoring. Jenny is a PGCert-qualified educator and Higher Education Authority Fellow, with extensive experience teaching research methods and statistics (SPSS & R) to students, academic faculty, and public sector clients. She is also the Founder and Director of the Researchers of Statistics Education (RoSE) Network, promoting collaboration and innovation in statistics education.
Before transitioning into psychology, Jenny spent 10 years in IT recruitment and HR, gaining valuable experience in account management and team leadership. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on organisational resilience and well-being.
Outside of her research and consultancy work, Jenny is a parent to a (mostly!) delightful teenage daughter, who keeps her busy with endless questions, school projects, and music rehearsals.
